| Scope of Work: Strip Seal Installation, Elastomeric Coating. |

Problem: Existing joints in EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) had failed, allowing water into the building.
Solution: Sikaflex PUR-Tape System was installed over all horizontal and vertical joints on the EIFS sections of the building. Two coats of SikaGard 550W Elastocolor were then applied over the Sikaflex PUR-Tape System sections. |
