Problem: Original plaza waterproofing system had failed, creating deteriorated concrete underneath the system which allowed water to leak into the underground parking garage below.
Solution: Original waterproofing system was removed, areas of deteriorated concrete were repaired and Sonneborn’s Sonoguard polyurethane waterproof coating system was installed. |
