| Scope of Work: Through Wall Flashing, Brick Vent Installation. |

Problem: A second floor tenant was experiencing water leaking into the building from the window heads.
Solution: A new through wall flashing system was installed immediately above the leaking windows. Brick vents were also installed at the top and bottom of each brick panel in our work area. |

New end dam installation followed by resetting of original masonry. |
|
|
Sections of back up wall re-flashed and pointing original masonry. |
